- Make sure your room is as comfortable as it can be. It’s your sanctuary.
- Select carefully the things you direct your energy towards. Some things are beyond your control, I know. Let them stay there.
- Drop your phone, even if you’re reading this with your phone. Drop it. Take a few minutes, even an hour, for yourself. Pray. Listen to a podcast. Take a walk. Decompress.
- What’s your circle like? Who do you laugh with? Who do you share with? If you don’t have one, maybe a sphere? There have to be people who are home to you. Have fun with them too.
- Lastly, ensure that at all times you’re doing things for yourself first before others. It is only a cup that is full that can pour.
